I think those have been covered already, I will humour you and repeat the answers.

I (and the majority of Australians) don't have any objection to halal certification. Makes no difference if my vegemite has that on the label or not.

Businesses & companies make their own commercial decisions whether to get their products halal certified. I have no problem with that. Export is good for Austraila, the more we export the higher our standard of living gets.

I find it really strange people will try and tell others here not to buy such and such a product because of h.c. - people make their own (informed) views.

Been done before extensively. 

Nothing is incorporated into Vegemite, a h.c symbol is included on the label though. Vegemite is the same product with or without the label. Very nice it is too.
