went to woolies today,
well finally i rounded the corner into the isle where for so long tumble weeds blew along!
and there was the holy grail of supermatket items
TOILET PAPER!
nice, fresh 10 packs piled in the shelf!
looked like maybe 50 or 60 packs of sorbent.
as i stepped ofer women who had fainted and reached for a pack, i felt a wave of joy rise up into my throat, i felt like singing
oh what a lovely bunch of toot papers!
it wasnt a mirage, they really did exist.
i wasnt greedy, just took 1 pack at $7.50

another sunday with 10 packs on the shelf
same brand same price, no discounts but who cares when you need it
they had hand sanitizer too but the soap shelf was quite barren, just some of the more expensive bars and no liquid soaps at all
lucky for me i usually have the large refill bottles in the pantry, this time i had 1 1ltr bottle, enough refills for 6 months at least.

Same with pasta.
