What's a tunic?

it's a sleeveless shirt that's long enough to hang over (disguise) your hips. usually has a vneckline, and a flare at the bottom, for what i wear.
i'm short, but broadshouldered,so mine usually qualify as minidresses too,or they don't fit my shoulders.. ๐
this one has strap shoulders instead, and very colorful.

This is a tunic here. A school uniform, although this sort is a bit dated. Nowadays a reasonabaly stylish skirt and blouse is worn. Different at each school and in each state of course.

I know that I will go straight to hell for smiling at this.
Driving uptown and saw an unmarked police car with lights flashing parked on the side of the road. Not another car in sight. Then I saw the very grumpy old man sitting on his scoot.
I had not ever considered someone on a scoot getting booked.
