I know there was a thread a while back but thought it would be nice to start another.

What perfume are you wearing and why?

What's your fave perfume or do you have several?

A friend has just given me a bottle of Hypnotic Poison which i love so much.  It's a real mood lifter

for me. 

Men too -  do you wear perfumes/colognes?  If so ---   which ones?

I'm having awful trouble posting tonight, I keep getting that post flooding message

I don't know what's happened to me but all the perfumes I love now seem to give me headaches or affect me in some way and I just can;t tolerate them. They are old, maybe that's the problem. How long do they keep, I wonder?

I like Eternity these days, have lots that have been mentioned. Youth Dew and Opium, waay too strong for me now.

When I was overseas in the 80's I loved Miss Balmain. It was discontinued and replaced by Jolie Madame (not as good) but I have seen Miss Balmain online. Anyone know if its the same scent from the 80's? I've tried a few shops/duty free for a reminiscent sniff but don't think its available here in Australia.
