I have a question: you know how if a foreigner wants to live here they have to go through a long process or marry an ozzie citizen, which still involves a long process. What do you have to do if you want to live in Bali longterm?  It seems folk go there and just decide to stay. Are there hoops to jump through or can you just do that???

The people I know that live in Bali have either married a local or they get a 3 month visa and do a shopping day trip to Singapore when necessary. Quite a few FIFO couples doing it now! Hmmmmm
