words don't bother me so much now, I have had a steady diet of CS for so long, I have become almost immune :8}
I do get irritated when people say things like "ADD and ADHD are on the Autistic spectrum...... or .... the drugs children take for ADHD are derived from LSD.......when it is so easy to google the truth..

I've never heard anyone say that.I've read that there are some similarities and co existence, that some children are incorrectly diagnosed with one when they have the other and that some research has been done to a indicate a link ?

In conclusion, both autism and ADHD are disorders of brain development with some similar and some distinct characteristics. An important research goal is to thoroughly map these characteristics. Our group is attempting to do some of this with funding from the Simons Foundation, SFARI.org’s parent organization.
The overlap between autism and ADHD, their similarities in regard to developmental alterations in the brain and their potentially shared genetics provide an important yet often neglected clue to their etiologies. It is possible that in many cases, they lie on a shared spectrum of developmental delay or alteration, with potential shared etiologies, such as risk genes or environmental factors.

Ta - rot instead of Ta-ro. I cringe every time I hear it pronounced as Ta-rot.
It's not a word that's mispronounced but I'm so over little princess's telling me over the phone at work "it's unacceptable" ,while drawing out in a "I have a pole up my butt" accent , the ' a c c e e e p' bit in the middle.
Well you know what I find unacceptable? Little princess's (the 17- 24 year olds) trying to be assertive by using Super Nanny's catch phrase.
