It's probably not too bad for you as you didn't use any oil or not much, if it is an air fryer.
Almost healthy, if you look at it that way.
What sort of air fryer, may I ask? I have toyed with the idea of getting one. I did buy one a couple of years back but it only worked for 10 minutes so I had to return it for a refund. Been reluctant to buy another one since.

We bought the large version Airfryer from KMart; they had run out of the smaller ones and we were told both sizes were selling like hotcakes and the store was unable to keep up with the demand ..
So far so good, but I'm going to try out all sorts of recipes and see what happens.
Hoping to see some already tried and true recipes here ..

We bought the largest one at the end of February - the airfryer/oven - even though we actually just wanted an air fryer.
We're so glad we did, it's fantastic.
We've cooked quite a few things, including hot chips (both frozen and home made), crumbed chicken/pork, hash browns, chicken drumsticks and winglets, party pies/sausage rolls, and the best of all - roast veges.
We're still experimenting, but haven't had too many problems yet. The hardest part is removing the spinning basket from the slots.
