When my kids were all at home we had round table night once per week. It was on a Thursday night. I would buy take away, the kids took turns at choosingn and we would play games. The kids took turns at choosing that too. Mostly yahtzee, possibly because it suited all ages. Nobody ever made other arrangements for that night. It was also a night to discuss 'family business'. For instance one night the eldest child put to the table that he should get more pocket money because he wanted to start dating. It was then open for discussion.
Everyone had to be respectful to each other, however issues with each other could be discussed.
If there was a real problem of course it didn't have to wait until Thursday night. It would be a private discussion with me.

My boys used to take cards to high school for lunch break games. The youngest left school last year.
My son was taking a deck of cards to school until recently, umm they were playing poker though 😕 he got so into it at one stage he bought himself a brand new quality deck. I havent' heard much about it lately so I'm kind of hoping the school poker games have stopped...

Ages ago in another job we used to play with a ouija board. It freaked me out a bit and I quit after a while.
