I only signed up to prove that Lakeland doesnt know what he is talking about in regards to LORD Monckton.

Lord Monckton is a Viscount.No one denies that he is entitled to the title Viscount and therefore he is entitled to be addressed as Lord!

The argument is whether or not since an act of parliament was passed regarding the House Of lords,that Lord Monckton is a member of the House of Lords.

Whether that is true or not is not of importance.MANY people who are entitled to be called Lord are not members of the House of Lords.He IS a Viscount and therefore IS a Lord!

A simple check will show this to be correct.even the House of Lords accept that is the case.
