Al  Gore's Inconvenient Truth has many mistakes - these are readily available to be checked on the internet.

He ignored some data in his graphs to skew the graphs to the desired result.

The climate will change whether or not humans are putting a small amount of CO2 into the atmosphere.  

The sun has cycles - this affects the earth (and other planets as well).

The earth is overdue for an ice age - an ice age will kill far more people on this earth than any possible warming from AGW.

As I said, there is a far bigger agenda here at play.  Channel 2 a few months ago aired a segment on knocking houses down in Sydney along the rail lines and building high density units where people would have to use the rail network, bike, walking tracks (this is Agenda 21)

the signs are there - kids at my sons school have competitions between the classes as to who can save the most carbon from entering the atmosphere.  

The winning class gets to keep a soft toy for the week.

The losing class is named and shamed.

Energy

Energy is a primary mechanism of control. The population must remain dependent of oil so they can be controlled. We are fed a constant stream of lies about Peak Oil despite the fact that the world is in reality awash in oil. We are lied to about energy alternatives and have seen the suppression of super efficient and even free energy technologies.

Food and Water

As in any war on the public throughout history, the elite are now using the basics of survival - food and water, as weapons on the public. We are now seeing the widespread use of genetically modified crops and their clearly demonstrable harmful side effects.

Further, we see the propagation of terminator seeds whereby the local population cannot store seeds for the coming year but rather are forced into dependence on the multinational food corporations like Monstanto and other big agro interests.

Ultimately, as stated in the U.N. Agricultural Policy, all food will be controlled by the global government and each country will only receive enough food to support the approved level of population, which will of course be reduced over time.

Environmentalism

Unfortunately, the very real and pressing environmental concerns of the environmental movement have been hijacked by the elite to serve their own aims. The are now promoting global warming (recently rebranded as climate change since the earth really isn't warming) as a real threat not to solve any real environmental issues but rather to promote a global system of taxation and control.

AJ,  I will go out on a limb (based on your nonsense posts) and say that science is not part of your knowledge base, or that you even bother to research credible scientific bodies, try our CSIRO or the BoM.

the whole Al Gore thing is getting kind of long in the tooth being 7 years since it was released. research of this kind (in the real world) doesn't just halt at that point ..something that old is bound to contain some error.. but that doesn't make the consensus since invalid somehow. it really shows the weakness in the argument, a reliance on percieved holes in rather dated work.. which in turn demonstrates that the monkton school of thought has made little or no progress.. it definitely has no new material.

Are any of them science/engineering, and related to climatology or meteorology AJ ? Or does a statement like this:

Actually AJ the "tax" is upon a GHG which above 5% atmospheric concentration becomes toxic to us, and is slowly increasing the acidity of the oceans, and is now being produced far and away above natural occurrences.
