I can't help you specifically, Mr Grizz. But I have just looked at Toy - Dolls Pram exhibits at The Powerhouse Museum; if is is one similar to their array, they may be interested or know of restorers.
Alternately, the local Men's Shed may be able to assist.

Make Google your friend.
A quick search using the term 'Toy restorer australia' found over 10 pages.
If you add your location eg 'Toy restorer my town' it will give you even more specific places to contact.

i don't know what a toy "pram" is, the internet search someone suggested is a good place to start, look up it's value on eBay, see what they are selling for. Search Youtube, see if anyone made a video on restoring a pram, around here i see alot of restored toys for sale at a flea market, the pedal cars seem to get big money.
The only toys ive ever restored was bicycles. i used to buy them at yard sales and thrift stores, fix them up as best i could, then I would put them on CL local classifieds. Doubtfull I could do that here with much success, Living close to a big city has it's advantages. Although, i might try my luck at that flea market. Couldn't hurt i suppose

Joanie, a pram is the modern term for a - perambulator.
Handy little thing to wheel your dolls around.

Thanks, not many people explain things to me. So it's like a toy stroller. For a child to push a doll around in pretending their a mother pushing their child around in I take it.
