You would need to contact the seller
Were they suppose to be packaged together?
Was there a tracking number(s)
Was the listing specifically for two parts, or did two need to be selected from a drop down menu?
Other members cannot look up an order number for you, what was the item number?

If the seller is not responsive open a dispute for "item not as described" under the MBG
DO NOT close it until you are completely satisfied with the result. Once a dispute is closed it cannot be reopened.

Edit. be very aware of the time limits on the dispute.

First you have to contact the seller in case it was an honest mistake.
If the seller does not help, you will have to open a case for "item not as described" if a part is missing.

Nobody on the forums can see your order number.
Sometimes a listing will show multiple items to indicate "abundance", but the description will actually refer to just one item being sent. If you provide the item number we can take a look at the seller and see if they have a good/dodgy reputation and also if the listing was accurate.
