I recommend that you don't purchase electronics from China. I purchased LCD Screen Full HD dash cam.

I purchased a

LCD Screen Full HD 1080P Car Dash Cam Auto Car Camera Video Recorder Car DVR HOT ( of which they are still advertising)

from china and it finally arrived some 4 weeks later. The bigest problem now is I cannot set it up as the onscreen instructions are in Chinese. What a take. I asked the seller for instructions and they couldn't help.

If anyone out there has one of the same can you please help. I believe there is a way to change the language on it but I have no idea how.

Cheers, nipper030

I am not surprised that buying an item from China the instructions would be in Chinese, nor do all sellers know every detail about every item they sell (unless they claimed they specialised in said product)

4 weeks from China is very very good these days

Have you Googled to see if there is a page which can be roughly translated which might give help?

If you Google a bit, there's a great teardown of a Chinese iPhone charger vs an Apple one. The Chinese once looks like a student soldered it together in the 90's, Apples is packed with stuff *and* proper protective parts. Many times my Chinese orders have been a bit different than I asked for, good for a laugh though sometimes. Good thing about them: they seem to reship regardless with no questions when you complain of a faulty item, I appreciate that.
