I purchased an item New Samsung M3 portable hard drive that was found to be faulty.
I went through the return process.
Contacted seller
Paid for return postage
Obtained a tracking number
Sent off faulty item
Australia post advised me that the item was delivered on the 30th May
Ebay closed this return on the 31st and have never recieved my money back for either the faulty item or the return postage.
**bleep** right off.
Bring on Amazon!

How could it have been received on the 30th May....it is only the 25th May now? Do you mean April?
Did you upload the tracking number to the dispute?
Did you ring ebay when the dispute was closed without the refund being received?
No point in being annoyed if you don't do something about the problem in more than 3 weeks.
