I purchased an item New Samsung M3 portable hard drive that was found to be faulty.
I went through the return process.
Contacted seller
Paid for return postage
Obtained a tracking number
Sent off faulty item
Australia post advised me that the item was delivered on the 30th May
Ebay closed this return on the 31st and have never recieved my money back for either the faulty item or the return postage.
**bleep** right off.
