Seller REMOVED

I recently purchased an item from this seller.
Advertised as selling from Sydney, when in fact they are Hong Kong based.
My item arrived and it stopped working within 3 weeks.
I contacted them and they tried offering minimal amounts as compensation, I advised I would like a replacement.
They asked me to send item to them, to a NSW address and send a copy of postage cost for reimburse.
Well they stopped all contact with me after I posted.
eBay advised to seek monies back via PayPal, I am doing this but dont see how I will get my return postage back.
So buyer beware with this seller,
Also if anyone has advise on how I might see my return postage cost refunded would be great.

Cheers, David.

The only way to guarantee a full refund and return postage is to open a case before it is returned with tracking.

But there is no way I would consider buying from a seller with the feedback they have.

Besides, cheap means cheap, not quality.

Also it is always a good idea to look where the seller is registered (they can put the 'item location as anywhere they want)

and to read the feedback so see if the comments suggest it was sent from overseas
