I bought the above gaming stick in February, it arrived last week. However every game we have looked at has glitches, also menu also glitches. I bought it as a guest, but have worked out my eBay account and password now. I contacted the seller to ask for a replacement, I have sent 2 emails containing screenshots of the purchase and order number, they keep saying there is no attachment, but I can see them on my end. I’m an elder person, and not great on computers anymore. I just want the my order replacement, help??

As a guest, the information in this link will help you file a claim under eBay's Money Back Guarantee

Many of us here are older people
If you bought as a guest, you will need to use the what to do as a guest link to open an item not as described dispute if what you got is not what you bought
Get help if you bought as a guest | eBay
And to open a dispute, you do not *have* to send photos
It is possible the seller is telling stories to try to string you along so it is to late to open a dispute
Especially since the seller has terrible feedback
I would suggest a full refund, rather than a replacement
Even if they have more of the same item, likely those will be faulty as well
