"The main culprits are in WA"
They're all Chinese scammers who register with FAKE Australian addresses
They're not "at it again" -. They've never stopped.
It's a permanent every day SCAM
I also feel very sorry for the reputable seller Ausluck as his listings would be the most copied ..

Unsupported new-unused MS Windows and Office licenses are another common problem to uninformed Buyers , due to such factors as unsupported region , blatantly pirated, unsupported componets etc - at the very least an Ebay listed item as per catagory advisory might be useful ie Tablet catagory , click here to read Buyer general advisories , Software > Operating Systems , click here to read Buyer general advisories etc

Not just iPads, I bought a treadmill of a seller with 100% feedback, located vic.
got a eBay response saying account was taken over by third party and was taken off. PayPal even though I contacted them to not allow payment to go through, allowed it to go through today!! Which ended up with money going to China!
I found several easy to spot frauds as it was the only thing they were selling! From Spain... China etc...
