It's probably referring to the Windows embedded hack for XP, it's been around for a year or so, and it works.

I just found out about it last night, and it seemed almost too easy. But it's not perfect, I still couldn't upgrade to a newer version of IE, from IE8. It did however allow for over 30 updates and media player 11, so there's that.
Between that and the free upgrade to 10 from 7 and 8, I'm kinda warming up to Microsoft.
I don't like calling it a hack though, I see it as doing what I have to do to still be able to use what I paid for. Just too bad even that only goes up to 2019. If i could I'd use XP up until 2069.

Hi , and you do not think the MS Activation BOT does not know the difference between a oem XP desktop and a digital cash register ?
Are you sure those unsupported Windows updates were registered within your system ?
