I have sold my used mobile phone via auction.unfortunately the winner is in USA. How I can send the phone to USA?

check the regulations but you might have to exclude the battery

There are a couple of couriers that offer dangerous goods services but as you'd expect their prices are through the roof. Unfortunately $14.10 isn't going to come close to covering it. Perhaps you could come to some sort of agreement with the buyer where you send minus the batteries and partially refund.

Just as an aside, it's $0.90 cheaper for you to send the phone to the USA than it is to send to me according to your listing.

I have resolved the issue with the buyer. He has agreed to cancel the transaction and just have re-listed the phone.
