at straggly weeds infiltrating a secret

society of toadstools, mushrooms and other

haunts of fairies, who wrote out

many cheques that always bounced towards

moon; lunar cheques couldn’t be honoured

because they disintegrated in Earth's atmosphere

causing “cheque showers” in the southern 

[nicnacs_4u]

great ocean when the anglers screamed
