been having more ISP problems which hopefully I fixed again today but hours on hold & being switched from one section to another takes its toll!! So far I've been given another free 500mb while it's sorted.

Still not feeling too great.
At this rate I'll be seeing a doctor again on Friday, not just the nurse to have my blood pressure taken.
