I went to Subway the other evening too. I was late-night shopping & really hungry & my stomach can't stand even the smell of burgers & things like that any more ... & roast chicken was a bit on the iffy side ... then I thought ohhhhh salads & cold meats etc etc yayyy & had a chicken subway with avocado yumm!

Debโฅ good luck with your sugar withdrawals.I've recenrly done the same with coke and cut done my coffees to just one in the morning maybe I should tackle sugar next but I think my body might stage a full on rebellion after the lack of caffiene lol

I think I have an sinus infection as my whole right side of my face is in pain including my upper back teeth and my nose is blocked and have a killer headache. Off to the doctor for me and hopefully I will return with some strong drugs thatwill either knock me out or kill whatever is causing my head this grief.
Hannah has decided to jion me and she says she has a sore ear and throat so taking her to the docs too straight after we drop zaccy off at school.
Hope everyone is having a much better monday than me xxx

day off today, yay! doing the washing this morning and then heading off to the movies with a friend.

day 6 of my sugar deprivation, no headache today, thats a good sign. le-aane i normally drink coke zero but i've given it up too, not wonder i've felt so terrible the last few days.
