Peela rotten luck, I have one of those at the end of my street - was actually just completely refurbished over the last holidays. Very poor form & unprofessional of them.

the thing is they dont understand that normally I have work coming out my ears .... I cancelled them all by telling them Im booked by this company...... if they do the dirty on me for december ....then I wont take any bookings from them unless I have to ..... which means they lose a proven worker who always turns up and does their job ..... ...X-(
will try and contact the area manager tomorrow and see whats going on .... might not be a happy atmosphere around here tomorrow B-)
