Morning all,

seems I never have time to pop into my fave places these days:-(

I am just about managing to keep up to date with my emails, so that is one blessing I suppose.

I have pretty much been dealt the short straw at work re all the time changes, and just because I do my job a little more efficiently than some. But I am not going to let it get me down, it just means my pc time is a little less than it was:-( but I shall make sure to pop in as and when I can even if it is 10pm my time 😄

just wrote me an extra long post taking 10 mins to write and it went and done a bunk.

Hi everyone!

Mim, dear, we are safe from the flooding. It is happening on other other side of the U.S. and way up north so thousands of miles from here. You are the one who must stay safe!

Peela, you should do what we finally had to do at the private school I worked at. We charged $5 for every minute they were late past closing. Parents were abusing it and coming up to 2 hours after closing time! So, a notice was sent home telling them that school ended at 2:45 pm and pick up was no later than 3:30 pm. For every minute after 3:30 pm, they would be charged $5....NO excuses because the staff had family and responsibilities outside the school. I'll tell you, the abusers learned after the first time they had to pay! Cured the problem. 🙂

Ilse, Dexter is great! Cooper is great too but in a cheeky & definitely naughty way!
Dexter's going to be neutered on Monday - a brother & a sister are already listed & there are a lot of calls for them so I expect to get a lot for Dex too. Poor Cooper hasn't had a call yet 😞
