I actually have stuff in the wardrobe now 😮 .... still have a lot of things to put in the drawers ....didnt have time when I got home yesterday evening .... but will gradually pack it all away .... 😉

Hiya everyone 🙂

Quick fly through before I go crash on the lounge and veg out.
GOt alot of crazy things going on around here and to top it all off I"ve decided to re-do my family room and strip the flooring,chuck the lounge and tv and replace it all ohhhhhhhh and a new coat of paint as well

wheeeeeeeeeeee I start the clean out friday and then next week will order the new flooring,paint and organise lounge/tv so excited but so exhusted thinking of all the prep work!!!

Peela♥ sO sorry to hear of your warredrobe dramas grrrrrrrr but yay!!! they are finally sorted!!!

Ilse♥ I will email you my iteinerary on the weekend it's 99% done just gotta finalize where we will be going during the day while in miami 4 months 4weeks and 2 days to go!!!!!!!!


Hope everyone s doin fantastically well I really need a half day to me so I can catch up online fingers crossed over the weekend it will happen.Sunday is looking promising atm 🙂

Peela, so glad you got things sorted out with your wardrobe. Now the fun begins in loading it up. 🙂

Mim, I'm doing much better. I was sick on Monday; I believe it was food poisoning...not fun.

Lene, how exciting! I would love to see pics when you're all done. I'm in the process of looking for new flooring. I'm going to tear up the carpet and have wood laminate installed.

Ilse, hope you're doing well. Yesterday, I added 4 large bags of garden soil to my flower garden area and planted 2 geraniums, 3 columbine, and 9 violets. I need to go buy a few more to fill the area. I'm also thinking about heading to Tucson for the 4th Ave Street Fair this weekend. Loads and loads of vendors selling anything and everything. They close the street down for several blocks.

ooh donna my mum has violets in her garden .... and they have spread .... she digs some up and moves them ....and they grow again and again ....lovely !

cant plant anything at this time due to the heat ..... it would curl up and die in a trice 😞

most of my garden is native plants ...they can survive in the heat .... and still have lovely flowers and leaves 🙂

ooh a new floor how divine ....good luck with it !

Hi everyone!

Oh, Donna! I'm so sorry that your day went downhill after breakfast. You know, somedays it just doesn't pay to get out of bed!

It was cool reading about you getting your garden ready! I am doing the same! Haven't had a garden for years but bought 2 raised garden beds and a tomato garden planter (which arrived today). I ordered some other garden stuff which will be delivered on the 5th and we will have to purchase the soil this week. Then I can get some of these plants started. One bed it just for my strawberry plants (I planted a strawberry patch on the deck last year but it needs more space so will be re-planted into one of the raised garden beds). The other bed will be a regular vegetable garden but they are small (4' x 4') since it is just me most of the time. The tomato garden will be placed on the deck and it is designed for that purpose and specifically for tomatoes.

Peela, I am so happy that your wardrobe is together but I'm sure you are even happier since you really needed it! How terrible of them to think you could assemble it when it took them so long to do and when you paid so much for it. Good for you for making them do it!

Lene, dear, while I may miss the typos, I miss YOU more! Hope things settle down or get into some sort of routine for you so you can visit more often. I look forward to your itinerary and to meeting you IRL!
