Oh boy, I am so glad that yard sale is over. I spent Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday pricing everything. I was up at 4:30 a.m. yesterday and placed everything outside. We didn't have the usual crowd but still had quite a few come through. Not so sure it was worth what little money I made but every little bit is good. We took a whole bunch of stuff to charity. It wasn't coming back in the house. ๐
Peela, so sorry you're still having to deal with that awful woman who can't show up on time to pick up her child. I would be feeling the same way as you do.
Ilse, hope you're doing ok. I haven't been on the computer since Thursday. Like you mentioned, getting ready for a yard sale is so time consuming.

Oh, I didn't watch the royal wedding but I did record it. I hope to sit down and watch it in the next few days. I've seen a few photos on yahoo from the wedding.....so beautiful.

Hope you all had a good easter.
I have a spare 15 minutes while my hair dye is soaking in.
Kids go back to school tomorrow. Im gonna miss them and their help around the house.
Hayden is not a good sleeper through the day.
Ohh he will sleep....but only if i'm holding him and i just cant sit and hold him near all day.
At night though, i cant complain cause he does sleep well. He wakes for his feeds and then goes straight back to sleep after.
I'm doing well. I think having a baby at my age (37) has made me feel young again.

Peela, it was me with the garage sale ๐ You're absolutely correct. They want everything for nothing but I stood my ground. ๐ I had a bunch of kids stuff but not the right folks came through...that's ok though. I kept some things to try again in the fall. Hope your day is going better and those adults show up on time.

yeah when I moved house .... we went to a swap meet .... and mum had all these kids clothes - brand new ... that she had bought in thailand ... from boutique shops .... but they were too small for our kids .... so she was selling them for what she paid which was sooooo cheap ...and yet they all wanted them for 10c or 20c .... she said nope that is the price and if you dont want them I will take them home ... Im glad you kept some things to try again .... probably do better next time โฅ
well at my usual centre and today all the kids had gone at 5.50pm .... but we still had to stay there until 6.20 pm ... before going home ... centre closes at 6.30pm ...so at least we got to leave 10mins early ๐
