Well it's been a very busy day today. Went and walked my 3 miles this morning with some friends. Once I got home, I started working on cleaning out and reorganizing our shed....whew! I should have it all finished tomorrow. Throwing junk away, sweeping away all bug poops..lol and even found a cool skeleton of a tiny lizard. Hubby gave it to the lady next door. She said her students will love seeing it.

Le-Anne, oh gosh I feel the same about Christmas coming around the corner. So many things to get done. Hope you're doing well.

oooh hush your mouth you two .... dont need to know about that nasty time of year ....
luckily I dont have to shop .... I just give money ... the youngest is 15+ .... so money is what works ... and saves me oodles of time ๐
and no we dont decorate anymore .... waste of time with jus the two of us here .... besides missy works in a big shopping centre and sees enough decorations to sink a battleship ... and at work they are everywhere .....as well as the fact we make them too .... plenty to be had by us both ๐

All of my yard decorations for Christmas have bit the dust over the past couple of years. I've already been scouring the stores and have found a few things to purchase to place in the yard. Until I bought this nice desk from my great niece, we would put 2 trees up for Christmas; now it's just the one tree.

Work was crazy tonight people buy buy buying everything from light up ten pin bowling sets to misting fans it's the silly season that's for sure and they have started early this year!!!
I've started the long and painful road(for my brain that is) to teach myself how to crochet. I can now make a chain(the first row) with ease but get
me to add to that and it looks like dreaadlocks ahhh back to studying those youtube vids when I ge a chance LOVE YOU YOUTUBE!!!

Le-Anne, too bad I don't live closer to you. I know how to crochet and I've made several baby afghans and just regular afghans. I made myself one that is long enough that I can lay on the sofa and cover up completely. You should look for a beginner's crochet book. It will have pictures and explain everything in detail. I have to refer to it when I decide to crochet again cause I've forgotten a bunch of it.
