afternoon all ....
mim .... the electrician told me the amount that was paid to people in the different states .... I havent seen it or even looked it up anywhere ....
yes I know it will be going forward LOL .... but its too hot not to use it ...and we usually only have it on at night time ....we are both at work all day ...;-)
nope just vegging out in the aircon .... but doing washing .... Im washing all the clothes Im taking on my holiday ...you know so that they are all fresh ..... before I pack my case ....and the rest is missys clothes, uniform, sports gear .....so that on saturday she wont have too much to wash .... ๐
being a good mum .....making sure she has as little as possible to do (washing wise) whilst Im away ..... did the towels yesterday ...and the sheets on monday .... so she can just grab a new towel if she needs to outta the cupboard ...and wont need to wash them .... and the sheets will be fine for a few days extra .... or she can change them ...and I will wash them when I get home .... after all shes only in the bed for about 7 hrs .... after having a shower .... so they really dont get that dirty ๐

We just came home after watching the Australia Day fireworks in our local area.
Apparently it was more spectacular than what was displayed in the city. The Australian Open tennis competition had to be interrupted during the main fireworks display in the city.
PEELA: AAWW...you are a good Mum preparing everything for your daughter for the time while you'll be away. I'm sure she will cope well and you have given her all types of "instructions"!! ๐

yes all washing in and put away ... so she wont have to do any washing on saturday .... cos her uniform is new ....so she wears it a couple of times ... so can hold it over until monday ....

Thanks for the well wishes Peela and Mim. I am feeling a bit more human today. Not 100% yet but I think I am on the getting over it side. Like you Peela, I am rarely sick. Even when Chris gets sick I don't catch it from him. I sure hope I am at the end of it. I am just glad there was no vomiting because I think that's the worst thing ever.
I hope you all have had an enjoyable week. We are expecting some nasty winter weather over the next day or so, Shannon and her boyfriend were supposed to come home this weekend but I am not sure the weather will be good enough to travel the 3 hours. I really miss having her home with me after her being here 24/7 for almost 4 months but I'd rather so not travel in those kind of conditions.

Im home early due to not too many children turning up to work today .... maybe the parents have decided to take an extra long weekend .... with the holiday yesterday for Australia Day ....and only today before the weekend ...makes sense if you can do it !
but no matter .... means I can pack my case earlier than I anticipated today .... ready for my holiday .... off tomorrow ... !!
