who watched usane bolt run today ... I was up and watched it live at 4.45am in my neck of the woods ๐ฎ ...... he was amazing and so relaxed ...
just had the car serviced in my garage ... hes a mobile mechanic .....and a very nice bloke ... came highly recommended by a work friend ... who's dad and brother wont let anyone else service their V8 utes (their pride and joy) ... so was good enough for me ... and I just paid the money online to the business account .... no problems at all .... lets hope he sticks around .... LOL .... my last mechanic who I used for about 10yrs ... had to sell up and move back to england as him mother was very ill .... so I didnt have anyone I trusted with my car .....

That is pretty neat you've got a mobile mechanic for your car. We don't have anything like that available here. We do have a mobile guy that will work on rv's though.

It's been a very busy weekend and beginning of the week for me. With everyone here and all. Shannon, James and Huntley left on Sunday. We had my bday cake that day while everyone was still here. Then later that night, Chris became ill. So he wasn't feeling well on my bday. My coffee maker bit the dust then Monday our washer did and today I had to pay over $200 for car repairs on Shannon's car! UGH. August has been a very expensive month so far. Not good. I want a do over!
My MIL and BIL are leaving in the morning. Things will quiet down for a bit. Then next week, My SIL, Niece and 2 great nephews are supposed to be coming. Oh boys. One of my great nephews is a holy terror. He doesn't stop for a second and has some behavioral issues. Not looking forward to that part. He's the kind of kid that if you are playing with him, will kick you in the head....on purpose.....I know when you rough house sometimes it happens, but he will do it deliberately. I won't play with him. I am not sure why my niece doesn't see this behavior and correct him. It's only going to get worse. But it's her kid so she will have to deal with it. I just won't play with him like that to give him the opportunity. He youngest is not like that at all. Thank God!
