Funny word chain game

1. Take the last letter of the word written by the OP as the first letter of your word.


2. You need to use your words to make sentences (sentences with at least 5 words).


3. The number of letters in the word is at least 4 (eat, yes, ok are not counted).


4. Words cannot be repeated, and must not be written by previous friends.

 

English--I read English article every night.

home--This is the finest home in this city.

early--He got up exceedingly early this morning.

EDGED - The dentist's receptionist, face slightly distorted behind the glass which could have done with a good clean, looked in any direction other than that of the new patient, chattered desultorily with someone just out of view, jotted down some notes in aimless fashion, and finally condescended to greet the newcomer in a snappy and sharp-edged tone with a "Name? Your medicare card? Come along, come along!"

DEALT - Sitting down with some friends we decided to play cards which would be quite funny as we all had too much to drink and couldn`t see properly. The first game I dealt 4 jokers which I thought were 4  aces!!

TANGERINE - She absolutely adored the style of the jumper in the newly opened fashion store, but the only colour available was a bright tangerine, which would absolutely clash with her hot pink trousers.

EVIL - The tall man half in shadow had been the subject of gossip for years; they called him The Kneecapper , for obvious reasons … but even worse was his way of forcing his victims into olive flared gabardine slacks and tangerine cardigans.

LINGO - While visiting the tiny isolated community, he had great difficulty understanding the local lingo, which was nothing like that spoken in the surrounding areas.
