GENTLEMAN - A kind elderly gentleman noticed Grace limping, and rather hesitantly approached her to ask if he could help in any way, ensuring to mention that he was in no way trying to harass her, as he was well aware that his old-fashioned manners weren't always appreciated by some younger women.

NICE - The elderly gentleman who went to aid  Grace began talking to her & was such a kind and nice man that Grace decided to ask him back to her place for a coffee/tea and meet her wonderful smooches Rufus & Bailey.

EXPECT - The elderly gentleman replied that he didn't expect Grace to entertain him, he had just offered to help her out of the goodness of his heart, and that he was sorry, but he really had to head home to check on his unwell wife.

TOUGH - Grace gave a smile and assured the gentleman that she’d be all right with the use of a handy branch lying nearby; as she set off back down the track, with her two confused dogs by her side (who didn’t know why their walk was being cut short), she did find her progress rather tough going, and by the time she reached her house, the ankle had swollen and she was biting her lip in an effort to contain the discomfort.

HOME - Once home, Grace unclipped the leashes from the dogs' collars, and hobbled to the medicine cabinet, taking a couple of painkillers before tightly bandaging her ankle, and sitting back in her recliner with her leg raise.

ENERGY - The dogs were full of unleashed and unspent energy, and it was hardly a surprise to Grace that Rufus pounced on one of his toys and ran around the house with it, while Bailey thought it was amusing to crawl under the bed and then leap out whenever Rufus’s run came near him.

YOUNGER - Mucking around Rufus and Bailey were going crazy. Grace wished she was younger so  she would be able to muck around like them. Oh well at least they get a good feed!:-)

ROWDY - The dogs were becoming more and more rowdy, and Grace tried to calm them down without having to put weight on her sore ankle, but they didn't take much notice of her, so she hobbled to the back door to let them outside.

YURT - As she paused at the back door, Grace idly envisaged setting up a yurt for family and friends in the backyard for when they came down for Christmas, since it was her year to host the Christmas lunch and several people would be coming from interstate.

TENTS - Maybe tents (or a yurt) weren't a very good idea, the dogs would probably get caught up in the ropes and would certainly disturb any guests trying to sleep in, or have an afternoon rest.
