DOGHOUSE - Sure he was pleased with himself sitting there looking at me with those big eyes waiting for his daily treat but I was so angry with Rufus pulling off my beautiful dress from the clothes line that I grabbed him by his collar and put him in the doghouse!

ELEGANT - She mourned the muddiness of her elegant dress which she had planned to wear that evening at the engagement party of her best friend, and a section of fabric seemed to have been ripped - but perhaps it could be fixed and cleaned in time… no thanks to that cheeky Rufus!

LIMB - She noticed that Rufus was limping slightly, and - hoping he hadn’t injured a limb - coaxed him next to her so that she could examine each paw.

BRINGING - Poor Rufus indeed had injured a paw. It looked like he had stood on a piece of glass that had cut his paw. Bringing him inside she decided to take him to the Vet!

GREATLY - The vet examined Rufus' injured paw, and she was greatly relieved to hear that it was only a minor cut, and would heal quickly.

YUCK - She called her sister to give an update on Rufus’ condition, and wasn’t surprised to hear “Yuck!” on the other end if the phone with just the mention of a bit of glass in the paw.

KNEELING - Kneeling beside Rufus and patting him she was so happy to see that he would be back to his usual self very soon.

GOOD - She carefully read through the contract and signed her name, “Grace Belvin” in Acrobat, before clicking SEND, feeling a loving lick against her ankle from Rufus as she looked down and murmured, “Good dog!”
