GENEROUS - While Rufus and Bailey continued to play with their enormous new friend, Grace poured herself a cup of freshly brewed coffee, which she enjoyed along with a generous portion of the delicious looking cake she had bought that morning.

SHOWER - Whilst out walking Rufus and Bailey later in the day, Grace decided to have her shower early so that she wouldn`t miss the start of the new show on TV on tonight.

RANDOM - Grace was decidedly not the sort of person to flick through channels in a random way; it had driven her nuts when a man she’d dated for a very short time had taken her remote control and channel-surfed like a maniac - no sir! she was going to sit down with popcorn and comfortable cushions and the dogs at her side while she enjoyed the show.

MARRIAGE - Grace`s daughter will be celebrating the anniversary of her marriage today. Let`s hope she has a lovely day she said to Rufus and Bailey... Woof woof they replied!!:-)

EXPECTING - Grace settled down for a nice Zoom call with her daughter Lissa, and as usual, she made sure the dogs were in frame to give happy doggy smiles; after congratulating Lissa on the anniversary, Grace thought that her daughter was looking even more glowing than the anniversary would warrant, and she said suspiciously, “Sweetheart, are you-?” to which Lissa gave a wide grin and replied “Yes! We’re expecting!!!!!”

GRANDCHILD - Grace was delighted to hear that she would soon be welcoming a new grandchild into her life, and warmly congratulated both Lissa and her husband on the exciting news, while Rufus and Bailey bounced around, seeming to share her excitement.

DREAMT - Grace woke up from her nap and thought that she had dreamt about  becoming a Nana .  Calling over Rufus and Bailey she smiled  and realised how lucky that it was only a dream!

TEENAGER - After all, Grace thought bemusedly, Lissa was still a teenager (at 18), currently in student accommodation at university, and definitely not married or ready to be a mum – so that had certainly been an odd dream… and she knelt down to the dogs and told them “It might have been the cheese that caused that weird dream, you know” – to which Rufus and Bailey gave little barks of agreement, with Rufus giving her hand a quick lick of loving support as Bailey sniffed interestedly at her shoes.

RESEARCH - She caught herself wondering about the strange dream at odd moments throughout the day, so that evening, after she had fed Rufus and Bailey, and before getting herself ready for bed, she decided to do some research about dreams and their origins and meanings.

HALFWAY - Sitting in bed Grace started to read to the book she bought about dreams  and their meanings. Rubbing her tired eyes she was halfway thru the book when all of sudden the dogs jumped up and licked her once again!
