YELLOW - Grace settled the two dogs back into their beds, and snuggled under her lovely pale yellow bamboo sheets, hoping that she would have a deep dreamless sleep and wake up completely refreshed.

WASH - The morning unfolded like a flower, and Grace breathed in deeply before heading to the shower; she reminded herself that she needed to wash the dogs today, so that their coats would gleam with health and vibrancy.

HAIRY - After a delicious  lunch Grace decided to wash the dogs and was surprised to see how hairy they were, no wonder she was sneezing all the time!

YOUNG - Grace wanted to have their coats given a trim, but knew it would be best to have a dog groomer do it; she booked them in for tomorrow, and in the meantime amused Rufus and Bailey by telling them a story of two princely dogs named Raprufus and Baileypunzel locked up in a tower, and having to let down ropes made from their fur in order to let a rescuing princess called Grace climb up to rescue them for a run and a game of Fetch (and of course that’s what they ended up playing in the backyard while she retold this dog version of the fairytale she’d first heard as a young child!).

GOING - Going inside Grace was getting angry as to what was occurring in the world.  She was sick of hearing  and watching on TV the upcoming election in the USA. She was especially upset with the murders that were occurring daily. She was so happy to have Rufus & Bailey tho.

ELECTION - Grace thought wryly that if she never heard the word “election” again, it wouldn’t be any loss as she just wasn’t fixated upon the political shenanigans of overseas characters claiming to be holier-than-thou, in both sides of the debate – and as for the awful murders all over the news - no, she preferred them in a book, and she sighed with pleasure as she turned the page of “The man in the brown suit”.

NORMAL - Today wasn`t a normal day for Grace as she jumped in the shower thinking over what she has to do today. No taking Rufus & Bailey for a walk was definately a no no. The phone rang , she ran dripping wet slipping on the floor to answer it.

LOOFAH - It was an annoying “Solar energy rebate” spam call, and Grace gave him short thrift before heading back crossly to the bathroom to use the loofah; what a pain those cold calls and spam calls were - and worse still, those scamming ones!
