When one is using a secondary posting id to seek support from a member that only knows them under their usual id I would call that:

The use of false registration information or creating multiple accounts for use on eBay's boards to avoid detection or which results in disruption on the boards.

When one is using a secondary posting id from an airport lounge and posting some rather nasty stuff with a name that is very similar to another's, I would call that:

Posting material with the intent to impersonate eBay Staff or another member through the use of similar IDs or any other method or device.
and also

People use pictures direct from photobucket all the time that are in someone else's bucket just by searching for a pic and then linking direct. Why clog up your own account for something you will use once. Your theory is just that- a theory (as usual) There is nothing to say or prove that these two accounts are the same person.

What I'm wondering is why you want to point the finger. Why look for fault. In this case I happen to know that these are two people.
