nah tis okay gina ....was looking for the inserts the doctor told me to get ....cant find them anywhere in Australia - they are all in UK or USA - may have to get some other ones - although from frans post it would seem they dont do much ......so technically I dont suppose it should matter which ones I get ..

Try a chemist Peela

Hubby has inserts from them cost around $45

Can you google a pic of them maybe ?

Ive googled them - but they are sold in very few places in Australia .....

I went to a forum - linked via google search and they said Rebel sport shops had them - Im pretty sure we have one of those in my area - so will check it out - if they dont have them I will just get some from the chemist - so long as they say arch support/insert on them I dont suppose it will matter who made them ......

Peela, yep, tried them all....had the chemist, bought off ebay, bought overseas etc...all work ok for the first week or so, your foot them become accustomed to them and it effects your foot's long term inners - hard to explain but that is how the chiro explained it.

Ask around at work etc and see if anybody has one they can recommend.
