well offer in agent not impressed really thinks i offered to little
pfft told him what cost i will have to spend to move in and he said but blah blah blah u will have a 3 bedroom house for 125k
pfft reminded him he was selling a 3 room house not bedrooms
so no more than a unit

mr rednecklace has told me to sit tight that i have made a reasonable offer now he has to take it to the vendors and see what they come back with
