I'm setting up my account to sell, after always being a buyer. I've got to the payment section, and when I hit payment, I get this banner in red: Your payment information is not available on international eBay sites. To view and update this information, please go to Payments on the US site. I spoke to eBay yesterday, and they said that it means I'm not registered to sell overseas, only Australia, which, for now, is ok.  They also said they'd ring me back either yesterday or today, but still nothing and the banner is still there!  I can't see these details, so can anyone tell me how to fix this please?  Thanks in advance

You register to sell in your country of registration. 

Has that always been Australia ?

I recommend you go back to the beginning of registration and follow all the steps, one by one,  including all personal verification  required on the AU site.  Make sure you're using the correct type of Australian bank account which matches your name exactly, which also requires verification.

As a new , inexperienced seller, I recommend you don't offer to post overseas.

And to  the best of my knowledge, the block on new  AU sellers selling to overseas, ended MANY years ago.

To add.  Make sure you're signed in the AU site, not the US site.

And to make it clear Re: "Your payment information ".

You're signing up for managed payments.

The buyer pays eBay and eBay pays you . Payment goes to your verified   bank account
