Is it possible to start another account with a different name and style and use the good name of my existing account by somehow linking the feedback?

You can use the same PP account by linking the new email addy to your existing paypal account.

You can not link the 2 accounts.

When you create a new ID you must have separate email accounts for each ID.

You can use the same PP accounts though.
