Charged more than I sold for but no contact what do I do?Can't find a contact number anywhere.

chatted with the ebay chat who said I would get refunded but that was 2 months ago and never heard back.  Not sure if I am chatting with a robot or real person.  They said there was no phone number to call but I have lost money

There is only chat due to covid.

You should have sold through eBay by changing the price in offers for the buyer.

That way you would only have been charged fees for what it sold for.
