Concern Regarding Unfair Restriction Decision

Hello eBay Community,

I am very disappointed with how my account restriction has been handled. I received a permanent restriction notice without being given any specific explanation or detailed reason. Despite reaching out multiple times through email and chat, I only receive the same generic response that the “decision is final.”

This feels discriminatory and unfair because I was never provided with any opportunity to clarify my situation, present documents, or correct whatever concern eBay may have had. As a genuine seller who is ready to comply with all eBay policies and provide full transparency, I feel I should have at least been given a clear explanation or chance to appeal properly.

I respectfully request that eBay management or moderators review this case more carefully. Transparency and fair treatment are essential for building trust between sellers and the platform. At the very least, sellers deserve to know the specific reason why their accounts are permanently restricted.

Thank you for your time, and I sincerely hope this message will reach the right team for proper consideration.

Best regards,

eBay management do not read here

The rules are totally transparent, and every seller is expected to follow them

You are registered in Pakistan

To sell on eBay Australia, you are required to sign up to Managed Payments, part of which requires an Australian bank account in your name, which matched your eBay account name

Plus providing photo ID such as passport and drivers license

eBay, for legal reasons are not required to explain to any seller why they have had their  account permanently resrticed

And once having been permanently restricted, it is almost totally unheard of for that restriction to be lifted

And it also means you are not able to open another account to try again
