I am currently travelling overseas and have tried repeatedly to contact ebay customer service via iPad. Whenever I want to send off my question I am asked for a verification number, but this number never appears on my screen and hence I cannot send off my question. This question concerns a password change since I can no longer access my account. I had to create a fictitious one just to be able to write this message. How can I get hold of ebay customer service, so that my issue can be resolved? I don't have the time to wait for two or more hours for a chat person to become available nor is a phone call an option.
