Delete options. I cannot delete items from "my Ebay list". Could you tell me why? Thank you

Click to the far left of the item to be deleted ,in the box, this turns the item a different colour, then Click the delete button at the top of the Watch list, click this delete button, DO NOT tick the small square next to the word delete and selected items are deleted
