If a seller has 100% positive feedback then gets 1 negative feedback they drop to 99.5%
If seller has no negative feedback for the next 12 months then they go back up to 100%
Ebay's algorithm & policy doesn't even allow a seller to gradually climb back up to 100% over a reasonable period of time.
The seller ends up getting punished for 12 long months
Why did you cancel - ' out of the blue '.
I was just looking at your response to that neg you got.
A far better look rather than making excuses would have been to apologise to the buyer.
, maybe do that with your next neg.
BTW you forgot to answer Dominos question as to why you cancelled the item...................
Been that way since you've been a member.
You can gradually improve the number if you sell more items that get feedback than the previous year.
eBay obviously consider 12 months to be a reasonable period.
Do you have an actual question?
I totally agree... what about their defect system. that can ruin a business.
At least 6 of those months have passed. How often do you check?
Why come here complaining now?
Do you have a question?
This is the Answer Centre, so it's not unreasonable to expect a question.
doh why would I check regularly. A professional would. Says everything
You would be well aware how the system works
You cancel the sale and don't bother so much as to communicate with the buyer
There is no reason for the factual feedback to be removed, nor should you be rewarded for failing to honour the sale
And then complaining about it in your reply to said feedback
