I am new seller on eBay. I knew this web site from my friend. Today I linked my eBay seller account & payoneer account. Unfortunately, my eBay seller account was temporary restricted. Can I know? that how can I resolve this restriction?

So the rules don’t apply to you and that makes eBay a rectum. No need to worry about them not allowing you to sell then, is there?

You have to scroll down to find Contact Us and then go through a few more options in order for the live chat window to appear. The options you choose must not be perfect, but you have to select some in order for the chat window to appear.
