I sold some of my late husband’s possessions on eBay all of which have been delivered!
It’s been six weeks and they haven’t released my payments! I’ve been on to customer service so many times without a shred of assistance! I’ve replied to their every emails and been promised it will be resolved in their magic 72 hrs but nothing! I feel so frustrated as there seems to be no recourse for me to appeal to it just goes around and around!
It is starting to feel like they are never going to give me the proceeds of the goods I sold in good faith!

Is the name on your nominated bank account exactly the same as your name on your eBay account?
Is your nominated bank account an everyday transactions account with an Australian bank?
Have you gone through the MP bank account verification process?
Have you gone through the ID process including uploading your photo ID?

Unless each step is done, your funds will not be disbursed.
It’s frustrating when payments are held. eBay sometimes holds payments for extra checks, but since it’s been six weeks, try contacting eBay support again and ask for a clear reason.
