Extremely poor service. Back to Gumtree for me

Very very very poor service. No AU number that picks up the call. They hide the number also.

Is there a question, or are you just announcing your departure?

I can assure you that nobody who reads your post will care one little iota if whether you stay or go elsewhere.

Goodbye, and best of luck  👋

You have never posted here and asked other members for help, and since eBay rarely read the member to member forum, I am not sure why you are bothering to post now

Every seller is free to sell on whatever site they wish, and every site has rules and policies

If it is about the phone, I hope you have either sent it or refunded the buyNot their fault, not eBay that you sold something without knowing how selling works (which is what you agreed to when you listed) Nothing there that requires phoning anyone

If this is anything to do with the phone you sold, to receive the payment you'll need to be registered to sell and signed up for managed payments

and  as a new seller, your  funds will be on hold for 14-30 days

If the buyer didn't pay, you can cancel the transaction and your selling fee will be refunded

If you need to contact eBay ,go to eBay Help at the top of the page and when you get to the automated assistant, ask to speak to an agent
