ive been sold some fake Birkenstock what can I do the seller is not responding
Obviously bought from China??
You actually have to prove FAKE.
Firstly the onus is on you to PROVE that they are fake by going to a real dealer of them and get a certified appraisal, then you can open an eBay dispute.
BUT, why on earth would you buy from a seller whose feedback is so terrible ?
What you can do is not support sellers which such bad feedback
Submit your proof they are fake when you open a dispute
