I transferred all of my funds in ebay, after sale of items, to my bank account. I have updated all of my bank account and card details so there should be no interference.
Once I'd successfully "transferred funds" ebay states no funds are on hold or are processing, yet when I check my paypal (even after 5 business days) it states, " We've placed the funds from your eBay sale on hold based on information provided by eBay and other data. The funds should be available within 21 days. Add shipping information on eBay to help access your funds faster. Contact eBay for more information."
This is outrageous as all of my details are correct and I just want MY funds transferred to my bank account and then I will be closing my account to never use ebay again , as to be thrown from company to company with them saying its the others' fault is ridiculous. Very disgruntled.
You have not sold in 12 months until these recent 2 sales.
So eBay considers you a new seller and apply a hold on funds until you get at least more than 10 ratings showing star ratings out of 5. Then you can ask eBay to remove restrictions.
As a new seller your funds will be on hold via paypal for 21 days, or via managed payments for 30 days.
Reading and understanding T&C's might save you from being so disgruntled
Just to clarify , is this a separate issue to the 21 day hold on funds that all new / irregular sellers have to wait on?
(did you try to transfer the funds to your bank while they were still on hold, or after that hold was released?)
Did you transition over to Managed Payments between the sales and now?
